Sharon Osbourne Puts Los Angeles Residence Shared With Ozzy on Market for $17 Million

Sharon Osbourne has put up for sale the Los Angeles residence she once shared with her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, with an asking price of $17 million. The couple originally acquired the Mediterranean-style villa in Hancock Park for $11.85 million back in 2015, purchasing it from Oren Koules, the producer behind the Saw film series.

Constructed in 1929, this estate boasts six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and more than 10,000 square feet of living area, in addition to a separate guesthouse.

The Osbournes first listed the property in 2022 at $18 million as they contemplated moving permanently to the United Kingdom, but later withdrew it from the market. Currently, Sharon divides her time between California and the U.K.

Ozzy Osbourne passed away last July at the age of 76 due to a heart attack. His death certificate noted coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease as contributing causes.
