Former Executive Assistant to Howard Stern Seeks to Invalidate NDA Citing Hostile Work Environment Allegations

Leslie Kuhn, who previously served as Howard Stern's executive assistant, has initiated legal action in a New York state court aiming to nullify her nondisclosure agreement, alleging she was subjected to a hostile work environment.

Kuhn joined SiriusXM in 2022 as the office manager for The Howard Stern Show and was later promoted to executive assistant at Stern's production company, One Twelve, earning an annual salary of $265,000. Earlier this year, after receiving a salary increase, she was terminated for cause.

Kuhn contends that her dismissal was influenced by pressure related to an animal foster organization operated by Stern's wife, rather than any misconduct as claimed by her former employer.

Since 2024, Kuhn has resided at Stern's Southampton estate, where she was responsible for overseeing the household staff and managing payroll.

In her lawsuit, Kuhn is requesting only a judicial declaration that her nondisclosure agreement is void and is not pursuing any monetary compensation.
